A rich Bourbon from Buffalo Trace in Kentucky, aged 17 years, considered a holy grail. It starts with a wine-like profile of almond, cigar boxes, spice, coffee bean & cinnamon. Its life is delicate & dry with dark fruit, brown sugar, leather, vanilla, & tobacco, ending long with oak, rye, caramel; earth, a hint of leather & toffee. March / July / August 2018 / July 2022
