The aroma is fruity and full-bodied, almost velvety. The palate is also creamy, with flavors reminiscent of iced tea. Pleasant spice and a warm finish. Notes of leather, sweetness, and white pepper are present, along with a touch of bitterness at the end.
Citrus notes like grapefruit, feels heavier than its proof suggests, and has a very dark brown appearance. Intriguing and multifaceted, but not really to my taste.
Creamy dried fruit, with notes of vanilla and cereal. At 55% ABV, it offers a spicy character and an extended finish. A very enjoyable whiskey!
The nose is spicy. The oak is very noticeable. It has a full body. Notes of cinnamon and leather. The finish is zippy, peppery, and warm.
Warm with some baking spices, leading to a pleasant spicy finish that remains on the throat.
Cherry, sweet, creamy, smooth – I know it's a cliché, but it's truly very good!
