TASTED FOR: Oak Liquor Cabinet in Austin, TX MADE IN // Indiana AGE // 12 years BARREL NO // 440 ALC.VOL // 57.1 NEAT NOSE - Immediate and bold scents of cherries covered in caramel, warm vanilla, and sweet wood. PALATE - Mirrors the nose. All the flavor notes combine well. The texture is thick and substantial. FINISH - Pleasant, extended finish with cherry, wood, and a touch of spice. PURCHASE? - Absolutely. It's quite good. For $130, it's pricey but reasonable for the age and origin. REPURCHASE? - Yes, if wealthy. As I'm not, I'll only get one bottle but I'm eager for future single barrels from Dream Spirits.
