Aroma of floral apples and pears. Tastes like wildflowers in an open field, not perfumey. The fruitiness develops into juice with a subtle barley presence. The 43% ABV is noticeable but it remains a high-quality pour. I would be keen to experience it at a higher, unfiltered strength.
