The closest approximation I could find for this bottle. This was the 1934 bottling, consumed during Christmas 2024. The cork crumbled and sank into the bottle, but I strained it through fresh cheesecloth into a decanter. The flavor was rich, syrupy, with light fruit notes but a robust warmth. A faint aroma and taste of stale cork were present, but honestly, it was better than I expected.
