The final pour from the club was an unlabeled secret bottle. A representative from the brand confirmed this was a unique double cask creation from the distillery, aged in two virgin Sherry octave casks. It was the first of its kind from the bottler and sold out rapidly. This was the best scotch of the evening, offering notes of Raisins, Toffee, Sultanas, Dates, Cherries, Plums, Oak, Pepper, Chocolate, a hint of meat, Toffee, Brown Sugar, Treacle, Vanilla, Pepper, and Flowers.
