Nose: Cooked apples, a floral scent, subtle honey notes, and high notes of freshly cut green apples. Palate: Abundant cooked apple and brown sugar. Finish: An immediate developing spicy heat. The apples linger as an aftertaste and refuse to fade. Notes: It drinks much lighter than its stated alcohol content.
Waxy cinnamon. Very enjoyable, and the mouthfeel is quite nice. Has a biscuity quality BUT it's not my preference.
A small addition of water significantly improves its smoothness in a very pleasing way.
Improved significantly with four drops of water. It smoothed out nicely.
