A remarkable single malt, impressively balanced for a cask strength, straight-from-the-barrel release. For distillery visitors, it's more than just a novelty 'exclusivity' to offload less desirable stock to newcomers. Plus, who wouldn't enjoy personally bottling and signing a tax log (though it is also for tourists, which is what you are when visiting a distillery). Highly recommended. If we had had more space in our luggage, I would have purchased two more to enjoy later; it was that good.
