A charity tasting benefiting the Drumchapel Food Bank, including 6 pours from GSC’s past Whisky Bottlings over the last 10 years. Nose: Sweet, barley sugar, grassy, orchard fruit Palate: Sweet, gristy, barley sugar, pineapple cube candies, caramel, oak, ginger, pepper, nutty Finish: A long finish. Very spicy – pepper, clove, and ginger Single bourbon cask. One of 222 bottles. Bottled 2020. A very light, elegant spirit. Consistently spicy and sweet. This is a very spicy and flavorful dram. It tied for third place out of the six drams, with 15% (3 votes) of the final vote for favorite of the night. 85% of attendees indicated they enjoyed the whisky.
