About this bottle

The second bottling in Crown Royal's Noble Collection, following the Cornerstone Release of 2016, is this expression. It is bottled at 40.5% ABV and became available in the US and Canada in the spring of 2017.

Ryan Urbina 3.0

High West Midwinter, diluted. It's acceptable, however, the anticipation established after their initial release (Cornerstone) led me to believe this would be just as satisfying. Serviceable for the cost, but opt for the Cornerstone if available, as it's priced similarly and significantly superior.

Reggie Vogel 1.0

Aroma of stewed fruits and plum wine. An unpleasant bite on the way down and a sour aftertaste. I've had some good wine-finished whiskies, but this one didn't work for me.

Bobbie Noriega 3.0

A little let down. The Whisky Advocate rating is too high.
