Crown Royal Chocolate

Frankly, it was a bit underwhelming. It is what it is – a flavored whiskey. The chocolate flavor isn't rich; it's quite artificial, similar to a diet chocolate soda. It's not entirely unpleasant, and I'll drink it occasionally for enjoyment or when seeking a lower-proof evening option, but I won't be purchasing another bottle.

A robust, spiced, Canadian Whiskey that begins with an inviting scent of cocoa, whispers of cereal & timber; its rich & layered journey introduces flavors of aged tootsie rolls & aged chocolate cherry concoction; finishing with a strong, moderately long conclusion of whiskey, sweet spice, vanilla & oak.

I expected it to be bad but had to buy and try. It's actually not terrible. Sipped on it while working. I don’t need this around but it’s probably a solid mixer!

Smooth and agreeable with a subtle hint of chocolate.

Quite enjoyable on its own, and also good served over ice with cola.

Smooth dark chocolate sweetness.
