Visuals: Pale straw color with faint charcoal sediment and high viscosity. Smell: Intense, sharp, and surprisingly young for an 11-year-old. Notes of black pepper, rubbing alcohol, adhesive bandage-like peat, anise, and subtle sweet hints of caramel and raisin from the sherry cask. Taste: Salty, bitter with a sharp bite. High alcohol content with no harmony and thankfully, a brief finish. Truly unpleasant.
