David Marcus 3.8

Smells like white wine, bananas and unripe strawberries. There's a dark fruit jam, possibly cherries, alongside lemongrass. Sour notes reminiscent of green apple and unsweetened lemon juice are present. Cinnamon stands out prominently, accompanied by nutty characteristics, lightly salted cashews, and a fresh earthy hint, maybe light moss. Adding water unlocks the lemon zest. On the palate, intense nuttiness comes through, a blend of walnut and pecans with a very subtle almond paste. Honey and toasted barley are met with leathery tones and tobacco. Lemon zest and whispers of pineapple appear from start to finish. Brief touches of tomato and oregano surface. The finish carries tobacco with lemon zest and pineapple, much more pronounced than on the palate.
