About this bottle

This Collabor&tion release was developed by Steve Nally, master distiller at Bardstown Bourbon Company, and Brandon O'Daniel, head distiller at Copper & Kings. They chose this bourbon, which was originally distilled at LDI (now MGP) in Indiana. The bourbon's mash bill was 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. After aging for 10 years, the bourbon was finished in barrels that previously held Copper & Kings American Brandy. Bottled at cask strength of 113 proof without chill-filtration, its availability is limited.

Sean Billingsley 3.5

The black label is spicier, resembling rye. The white label is exceptionally sweet due to finishing in Muscat Mistelle Barrels.

Carmelo Michael 3.5

A fruity aroma. Tastes like apricots. It's a decent bourbon but doesn't justify the cost. Composed of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley.

Sarah Garza 4.5

Has a buttery, maple character with a subtle spicy end.
