It was crafted by a Master Distiller for a renowned distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, using water from a specific spring. The bourbon was aged for 6 years in American white oak and finished in double casks before being bottled at 50% ABV (100 Proof). Its aromatic beginning features notes of grain, dark fruit, wood, and spices. The palate offers a balanced profile with cocoa, rye spice, oak, and toasted almonds, leading to a warm, medium-length finish characterized by oak, brown sugar, and rye. Consumed June / August 2025.
