Etta Beil 2.3

- Second tasting - Mid-palate: Peppery, sweet caramel, nutty - 2.5 Nose: Vanilla, oaky, nutty, raisin - 2.25 Palate: Slightly peated, not overwhelming smoke but a decent amount of peat - 2.25 Personally, I consider this a standard bourbon offering. Nothing stands out, but it's an acceptable drink if provided for free. Overall Score: 2.25-2.5 Nosing: Slightly peppery, nutty, and fruity sweetness - 3.5 Flavor: Very medicinal, butternut, iodine, and creamy, oily - 2.25 Finish: Light smoke and nuttiness - 2.75

Sydney Jin 4.5

A lovely example of an 18-year-old peated Islay whisky. It has a good equilibrium between smoke and sweetness, though it lacks the viscosity or complexity found in Lagavulin.

Sophie Tice 3.5

It offers floral and woody notes, but its 48% ABV is high, and the flavors aren't compelling enough to offset the intensity.

Makayla Yarbrough 4.5

Nose - saltwater fruit, a little wood Sweet, smoke, prune.
