Nose: Bright, creamy vanilla, peaches and cream. Honeyed pear, a light floral and citrus note. A noticeable but gentle campfire smoke. A bit of sharp oak and crystallized sugar as it opens up. Palate: Lively, lemon zest. Tannic oak, a youthful full peat. Creamy vanilla. Strong salinity. A nice heat. Finish: Warm, oaky with a nice gentle citrus zip
