Aroma: smoke, wood chips, smoked meat and pepper, vanilla with subtle fruit notes. Palate: coal and charred oak. Smoked sausage (chorizo), sea salt and brine, chocolate. Finish: a fireplace and vanilla oak. Bitter cocoa and lime peel with earthy notes.
