Israel Flannery 4.5

The aroma immediately presents wonderful and potent scents of vanilla, butter cookies, butter, and honey on warm toast, citrus jam, and crème brûlée – exceptionally smooth and delightful, all supported by a well-integrated peat. The taste arrives forcefully and powerfully, fulfilling the nose's promise. It's as sweet and creamy as suggested. The peat is significantly stronger here, offering a medium-intense peat with notes of leather and sun-dried hay. The color is liquid gold, and the finish is lengthy and citrusy with a touch of fruity smoke. What a remarkable spirit. It's rich, potent, well-balanced, highly complex, and deep. This is the kind of drink for a pleasant summer night after a substantial barbecue by the water – ideally, a loch. I desire more of this. I will almost certainly attempt to acquire additional bottles. (Added later: I succeeded in getting more.) Thanks again to a friend for the fantastic samples.
