About this bottle
Canefire Dark Rum, an aged version of their Canefire Sugarcane Spirit, matures for at least 2 years in former shiraz French oak barrels. All Canefire rums are produced using a 1000-L stainless steel reflux still, custom-built and nicknamed “Nick the Stripper.” This rum is only available within Australia.
