Bushmills Irish Honey

I don't often crave something sweet, and I'm usually against flavored whiskies, but I tried this a few years back at the distillery in Northern Ireland and brought home a bottle that was much too small. Since this spirit isn't available in the US now, I'm eager to go back and get more.:)

Honey is present, yet it remains recognizably Bushmills. It’s smooth and lacks depth, offering a straightforward, satisfying drink.

A wonderfully smooth whiskey that leaves a pleasant warmth in my mouth and a sense of happiness.

Some honey comes through. A good reminder of its Bushmills origins. For what it costs, it's not an amazing honey flavor.

A honey sweetness struggles to hide a rough finish.
