Palate is warm and rich with sweetened plum, sweet spice, clove, cinnamon, dates, coconut, barnyard, game meat, and cereal. Finish is good with medium spice, graininess, and a gamey character. 40% ABV, medium richness. Affected by the changing climate of the mountainous region of Rabbit Hole Village, the oak barrels were then relocated to the new seaside facility for storage, resulting in a remarkable flavor after seven years of maturation. "Bunnyville No.19 Single Malt Whisky" boasts a rich taste and complex flavor profiles. During its aging in oak barrels, the winemaker used oak barrels as speakers to play "Mozart Sonata K448." The whisky was influenced by the sound wave frequencies within the oak barrel speakers, leading to a smoother and more distinct character.
