Judi Prescott 5.0

A modest, pale color in the glass doesn't hint at the pleasures to come. It's like a more refined version of the Laphroaig PX, finishing with dried figs. It truly opens up with a few drops of water, revealing seaweed, dark chocolate Kit Kats, and Ricola herb drops. Rated 4.6/5, but we'll round it up to five stars. The best of the Feis Ile selection, which was unexpected since I've always overlooked this distillery.
