Candied fruits, cranberry jelly, with salty and umami notes on the nose. A peppery splash on the finish. The spicy wood dominates the finish, quite different from the aroma. It has less coherence from start to finish, but perhaps more flavorful than average. A nice roundness, but the finish is too woody to be considered excellent.
