This now-discontinued product was first aged for 15 years in American oak barrels. For an additional two years, the whisky underwent a finishing period in rum barrels sourced from the Guyana distilleries of Uitvlugt and Enmore. The whisky was bottled at 46% ABV.

Bruichladdich is great. Rum is great. This, however, I do not enjoy. It's not balanced, has harsh heat, and is missing that signature Laddie sweetness. Save your cash.
