About this bottle
Bruichladdich Organic Barley 2012 is an unpeated single malt made from 100% organic Scottish barley (Publican variety) grown at Mid Coul Farm in Inverness, harvested in September 2011. Following its distillation in 2012, the whiskey matured for 10 years exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels. It was bottled at 50% ABV and released in the autumn of 2023.
