A deep, complex, sweet aroma, with honey, molasses, and age. The flavor builds rapidly from the first taste, presenting rich creaminess followed by a wave of honey and spice, leading to a fiery, long finish. It has an intense body, and I appreciate its development over time. It's like a whiskey crescendo. Magnificent in every aspect.

A deeply sherried dram featuring notes of chocolate, cherries, pepper, floral elements, creamy vanilla, and subtle smoke. It's a more balanced iteration of the standard 15-year, with less of a medicinal cough syrup character.
Salty like the islands. Pairs wonderfully with oysters
