Bowmore introduced its Sherry Oak Cask Collection, featuring four single malt expressions aged 12 to 21 years, in 2024. This particular bottling underwent maturation for at least 15 years in European oak oloroso sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels. It then received a finishing period in European oak oloroso sherry casks. The US launch was in December 2025 with a suggested retail price of $160.

Imagine a Bowmore 15 sherry cask; that's the vibe. I'm obviously biased. It's smooth and carries the sherry's sweetness, along with that lovely, subtle Bowmore smokiness. Absolutely top-notch.
