Bottega Pistacchio

We typically enjoy pistachio-flavored items, but this one did not meet our expectations. It had an earthy, heavy quality and tasted more like pistachio skins. Is it perhaps too "traditional" for the global market, or is something genuinely missing?

The bright, nutty pistachio flavor perfectly complements the sweet creaminess. Delicious served on the rocks.
