A complex, High Rye Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from IJW Whiskey in Kentucky, aged a minimum of 4 years in new charred American white oak barrels, then finished in toasted maple wood before bottling at 50% ABV. It has an aromatic start with notes of grain, wood, dried fruits & spices; a bold middle adds notes of apple, rye, caramel, toffee & honey; leading to a warm & woody end of medium length with notes of oak, maple, vanilla & cinnamon.
