Aroma: cherry, oak, caramel, a little mint, just a hint of barrel smoke, sweetness dominates the nose. Body: medium to full. Taste: oooh that initial taste neat is good. Packs a lot of flavor in that 108 proof. Caramel, salted caramel, oak. The sweetness from the aroma is subdued on the palate, but for me, it came through more on the back palate before giving way to the smoke in the finish. The mint from the aroma is nowhere to be found on the palate. Itβs a bit dry, which is more an observation than a critique, it just leaves your mouth watering. But overall, this is a big, oaky, caramelly, sweet-smelling whiskey. Finish: is long and smokey oak. My favorite kind of finish. Note: this is really good. Lots of big, bold flavor. This is just a really good bourbon. Lots of flavor, leaves nothing to the imagination, nice flavor profile, nice long, smokey finish. Super good.

The nose carries notes of leather, cherry, char, and unmistakable ethanol. On the palate, it is flavorful, but the heat builds immediately. It is rich with cherry and cocoa nibs, but as you attempt to savor these flavors, the heat strikes forcefully and initiates a very prolonged finish. I believe it would benefit from an ice cube for balance.
Light, pleasant cherry on the nose. Simply a nice roundness with a clean alcohol presence that comes with its 108 proof at a moderate age. The flavor matches the nose. Very nice continued cherry and oakiness with a long finish. Just a pleasant drink with a long finish. An overall nice oily mouthfeel. A good bourbon overall.
Happy to finally open this. Tried neat. On the nose it's sweet with bold vanilla and hints of oak and mint. On the palate it's spicy with notes of vanilla, salted caramel, oak, strong mintβ¦ spearmint to be exact. I think more mint than I prefer π€. Other notes of cocoa, char, toast.
Smell: Oak, cherry, burnt sugar, caramel, stone fruit. Taste: Oak, vanilla, tannins, spice, a slight fruity note. Overall: Excellent, complex aroma. Long finish. Classic tasting notes but enhanced. Highly recommended
Wheat, caramel, vanilla, and a hint of char on the nose, with pear and oak notes. The palate is smooth and sweet, tasting of caramel apple, cherry, and oak. The finish is sweet and smooth.
