This drink displays great complexity. Mild peat, like struck matches, is immediately noticeable on the nose, with an underlying sweetness of honey, citrus, and a faint salty, briny note. The palate begins with a honey, malty, and cereal sweetness. Salt and smokiness appear towards the end but fade quickly. The flavors are not long-lasting, resulting in a fairly short to moderate finish.
