A rich, Sherry-matured single malt from the Blair Athol distillery, independently bottled. This whisky was distilled in November 1995 and aged in a Sherry butt for 21 years before being bottled in June 2017. It offers an aromatic start with notes of ground cinnamon, cacao, fresh ginger, and cherry. The palate is rich with chocolate orange, honey-roasted nuts, pecan pie, and Black Forest gateau, leading to a long, rich finish with more chocolate.
