It has a pale color. I detected a sweet, floral aroma with hints of malted barley. The palate is sweet, smooth, and carries a touch of citrus fruits and bananas. The finish is lengthy and seems to last. (Please note: my taste buds are still recovering from cancer treatment, so my palate is limited... overall, it's a pleasant drink.)
