Nash Stover 2.8

Four dollar signs? I disagree. This is another in my mini-bottle tasting series, costing one dollar. Bird Dog Kentucky Straight Bourbon, 42% ABV, bottled for Western Spirits by Three Springs Bottling Co. It has a light, grassy, floral nose and leaves thin legs in the glass. The taste includes sweet cereal, floral grapes, and a bit of oak and ethanol. The mouthfeel is thin. The finish has a lingering spice and is average. It lacks significant body or complexity.

Hunter Soares 3.0

Smells like pear. Stewed apples. A hint of cinnamon. Oak. Allspice. The taste didn't hold up quite as well. It's still got fruit though. Definitely some sweet apple pie notes in there. The finish is brief with a quick alcohol sting. Faint rubber and in the finish

Jayceon Durbin 3.5

A very respectable bourbon, particularly given its cost. It's smooth with a slight kick, and the aftertaste isn't overly harsh. Suitable for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in mixed drinks. I would purchase it again.

Aleah Brewster 2.5

Nose: subtle vanilla and spice. Some apple Taste: remarkably mild. Almost nonexistent Finish: no flavor and a burn

Demarcus Deal 3.3

The smell is light, the taste is initially sweet, then slightly bitter at the back of the mouth. It creates warmth as it goes down.

Kerry Whiteside 3.8

Smells like Elmer's glue, tastes very sweet like corn syrup, with a mild burn. Peppery, similar to cayenne heat.
