Smell: pink lemonade, blackberry jam, grape, lemon peel, noticeable alcohol sting. Flavor: grape jelly, blackberry, lemonade, cinnamon, toffee, vanilla, mint, sweet simple syrup, slight to moderate alcohol sting, medium-long finish with grape, lemonade, and baking spice notes. This is one of the more enjoyable flavored whiskies I've had. It's not as thick and overly sweet as most others. There's a good balance of sweet, tart, and spice that makes it nearly drinkable on its own. Nearly, but not completely. I imagine this would be excellent mixed with coke. I'll consider this if I ever choose to purchase a bottle of flavored whiskey. I likely won't, though.

You need to realize this isn't a fine bourbon or a scotch; it's a cheap bottle of whiskey and you get what you pay for. This isn't a spirit you put in a special glass and sip slowly; mix it with some cola, and it's an inoffensive, fruity mixed drink. If you view it from that angle, it's a great whiskey. If you attempt to sip it and expect it to be as deep and complex as certain others, you'll be disappointed. A good, inexpensive whiskey for when you want to get a good buzz in a very easy-drinking manner.

After trying the Peach whiskey from a certain brand, I was looking forward to this, but the Blackberry whiskey disappointed me. The whiskey itself isn't bad, but the berry flavor is quite faint and disappears when you add ice or water. I think this might work well as a syrup on desserts or ice cream, but not for regular sipping. For an outstanding flavored whiskey, try the Peach whiskey from that brand; it's amazing.

This is truly awful. You'd only find it in single-shot containers to avoid dose-dependent toxicity. It stinks of artificial berry and tastes the same, with a buttery finish that's hard to remove from the tongue, even after several hard rinses with diet cola.

The finest flavored whiskey can't compete with the best unflavored spirit. Flavored is suitable for specific cocktails, but it's less adaptable and not as enjoyable for sipping. However, this flavor is good, even if it's a little too sweet/artificial at the finish.

I'm a big fan of Whiskey Jam’s Blackberry Whiskey, so I was eager to try this, but I was let down. It tasted like blackberry syrup with just a hint of whiskey. I had to mix it with lemonade and water to make it drinkable...
