The Dramfest in Christchurch, held biennially, features a special bottling selected by Whisky Galore, the whisky merchant hosting the event. This particular one was bottled at cask strength. Now, for the tasting notes – Dramfest '18, Day 2. It's exceptionally easy to drink despite being cask strength. A delightful spirit with peat, sweetness, and vanilla. Certainly ranks among my preferred Benromach expressions, perhaps even surpassing the 10. Cost around $100 USD in New Zealand currency.
