Smell: faint hints of rum Taste: Moderately sweet, slightly hot, with a dusty/cereal character. Not detecting much complex profile. Seems young. I suspect influence from a sherry or perhaps port barrel. Reminiscent of Virginia Distillery's American malt finished in port. The final sip had a wave of s'mores. Quite unusual. Notes: contains caramel color.

Red apple at the forefront and with a somewhat minty finish. I truly enjoyed it. Searched for a bottle after trying it.
