(Good Spirits Company, Glasgow - Virtual Whisky Tasting, Friday 14th August 2020) Cask No: 5278 UK Exclusive Bottled at 56.4% Nose: Primarily alcohol, with dark fruits and apple. Palate: Tastes of oranges, dark fruits (plums), dates, figs, and malt. Finish: A medium finish with ginger, toffee, spices, and raisins. Adding water doesn't significantly alter it, bringing out more ginger and distinct fruit, but the overall character remains much the same. This ranked second out of the six whiskies sampled, receiving 30% of the votes for favorite.
