This spirit offers significant habanero flavor without the typical intense heat of the pepper. The honey flavor is prominent initially, followed by the pepper's spice after a short delay. It's well-balanced, and the flavors match the description. Nevertheless, I wouldn't choose to drink it straight. It made a superb mule, however!
