Barrell Bourbon Batch 011 incorporates straight bourbon from Tennessee with a 6-year age statement, alongside older straight bourbon barrels. The mash bill consists of 70% corn, 25% rye, and 5% malted barley. It is bottled at 114.8 proof from the cask.

Nose: Corn, marshmallows, banana Palate: Sweet, marshmallow, leather Finish: Caramel, all heat, I wish it had been smoother or offered more flavor at the end. A solid whiskey, I'm surprised it's from Tennessee. Many people at our tasting enjoyed it.
Excessive and uneven wood presence. The flavor is detectable, yet the oak's immediate intensity masks the depth. It has a pleasant aroma and a respectable finish. Batch # 6 is superior.
