Bard Cinder and Smoke Straight Bourbon Whiskey Aged 13 Years

Excellent aged bourbon. While the proof is lower for a 13-year barrel strength, the flavors are present. Notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, moderate spice, leather, and brown sugar. A solid offering. Don't overspend, but I'd place its value between $50 and $75.

It's not the worst I've encountered, but it's not something I'd frequently choose. It begins with vanilla, followed by pronounced oak and white pepper.

Excellent bourbon. An abundance of caramel and vanilla on the nose, with a smooth, lengthy finish.
