Selected from a forum. The bottle is now empty... The nose offered sweet peat, pear, and caramel. The palate had peat, smoky notes reminiscent of a BBQ, fruitiness, earthiness, and a slight heat. The finish was somewhat dry and bitter, with background notes of dark fruit. It possesses intriguing flavors that invite another taste, but a few drops of water certainly improve it.
Smell: pepper, dirt, molasses Taste: strong peat and the signature bold notes of edroudar End: the rough beginning fades but lingers! Summary: an adventure for sure - enjoyable with immediate, strong peat - I can't believe I thought it was too much for me
