An excellent, not heavy, whisky. The aroma is very light and quite fruity. The taste is very light (essential for whisky beginners). The ex-wine barrel imparts a smooth texture, making it slightly oily and rounded. Vanilla and grapefruit flavors are dominant, along with a touch of cinnamon. Sweet and lovely.
