This was a 9-year, 11-month-old KY bourbon with a mash bill of 78% corn, 13% rye, and 9% malted barley, bottled at 119.6 proof. Tasting notes include brown sugar, molasses, a little baking spice, and a touch of red fruit. The finish is long with a bit of leather and barrel character.

61% Salty, spiced oak. Good body. Burnt sugar. Adding water reveals a mineral note.
