(Good Spirits Co. Glasgow – Ardnamurchan Virtual Whisky Tasting, November 5, 2020). Two sherry butts, cask 332 a peated butt and cask 333 an unpeated butt. Both were filled on the same day as 'sister casks'. Nose: A sherry bomb! Sugar, liquorice, sweet, an alcohol hit, allspice. Palate: Dark fruit, chocolate, cocoa, allspice/cinnamon. Finish: Dried fruit, earthy, pepper, Frazzles crisps. A slight burn at the very end. Not "hot" despite its young age - has a lovely mouthfeel that truly coats the palate. Ranked second out of the six whiskies, receiving 17% of the votes for favorite of the night. (85% of attendees indicated they enjoyed the whisky).
