1.3.22 Served: Neat Bottle Opened: 3 Months Aroma: Primarily earthy, with some dried fruit and mint. It smells like a touch of Fernet mixed with Cynar. Flavor: Medium body. Begins like ginger without spice. Mid-palate has menthol/cough drop, candied orange, and earthiness. It tasted more like minty Cynar while on the tongue, and more like powdered candies (Smarties, PEZ) when swirled around the mouth. The finish is like powdery Smarties candy as well. Overall, it's very easy to drink and has a manageable level of sweetness.

3/7/22 Served: Big cube, tumbler Opened: 5 months ago Moderately sweet with a nice bitter edge. Reminds me a lot of Cynar and Cardamaro. There's still a faint taste of "Smarties" candy, but it's not too much.
Earthy, burnt orange, slightly bitter, not overly thick, and a relatively short finish. Very easy to drink. Clean with abundant flavor. Very pleased to have discovered this bottle!
Very nice, good body, good taste, not overly sweet, good level of bitterness.
