A sample from a friend who bought the bottle in Scotland. A powerful aroma of honey, plums, and other overripe fruit. Arrives boldly on the palate with the fruit leading, along with a distinct pine tar note (reminiscent of retsina). Nicely thick and warming. A long, gradual finish. Excellent!
