Angel's Envy Private Selection Single Barrel Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels (Big Red Liquors, 2022)

Barrel # 1859 Bottle # 226 A classic aroma of vanilla and caramel, followed by a sweet, oaky palate and a brief cinnamon finish. An outstanding example of this preferred spirit. 8/2/22 - This serving is quite pleasant. The flavors are consistent with before, but the finish seems extended this time. Exceptional 11/29/22 - This bottle is nearly finished. The vanilla aroma persists, as does the cinnamon finish. It appears to have remained consistent throughout my enjoyment of it.
