anCnoc 16 Year Cask Strength

Hands down the best whisky I have ever tasted! I love bourbon cask scotch, and this is the absolute apotheosis of the genre. It is difficult to describe. Everything you would expect from such a scotch is there (citrus, vanilla, apple, malt, etc.), but it is just so profound. Words simply cannot satisfyingly express this experience.

An eruption of vanilla and brown sugar. I haven't encountered another malt with such a prominent ex-bourbon character upfront.
